Section 1: Order Questions
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with the tracking number and details on how to track your package.
Note: It may take 24-48 hours for the tracking number to update in the system.
All delivery times are estimates (not guarantees) and depend on the shipping method selected.

Domestic Shipping: We primarily ship via SF Express.
International Shipping: We mainly use FedEx or UPS.
For certain countries, we offer both expedited and standard shipping options. These will be available for selection during checkout.
Customs may or may not charge import duties or taxes, and this is outside our control.
We also cannot be held responsible for the time your order takes to clear customs.
Please note that customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by customs authorities.
Though our prices are tax inclusive, this does not cover any customs-related charges at delivery.
If you choose to refuse your package (e.g., if you no longer want the order), you may decline delivery directly with the carrier.
Once the returned package arrives back at our facility, we’ll process a refund for the order total—excluding the original shipping costs.
Shipping costs vary depending on your delivery address. The exact shipping fee will be displayed at checkout after you input your delivery address details.
For all countries, we offer free delivery using the fastest available shipping option when your order total exceeds a certain amount. Please refer to the Shipping & Delivery page for more details.
Orders may be canceled for various reasons, including payment issues, stock availability, or discrepancies in shipping information.
If your order has been canceled, our team will typically notify you with specific details.
If you haven’t received an email, please reach out to us at orders@tenxarc.com, and we’ll respond as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help make the necessary changes promptly.
However, if your order is already with the courier, you’ll need to contact the delivery service or driver directly for further assistance.
Currently, we only offer order modifications if it’s for the same style in a different size, subject to stock availability. Please note that this is not guaranteed and cannot be modified once the shipment has been handed over to the courier.
We do offer exchanges for the same style in different sizes, but this can only be processed after you apply for a refund through our return portal.
To avoid sizing issues, we recommend thoroughly reviewing our size guide before purchasing or sending us a DM on Instagram for personalized sizing advice.

We strive to respond to all emails promptly. However, we are especially busy around launch dates, please allow 24-48 hours for a response.
Weekend Policy: Our team does not respond to emails over weekends.
If your order is marked as delivered but you can’t locate your package, we recommend waiting 24 hours after the delivery notification, as carriers may deliver later than indicated.
If your package still hasn’t arrived, please contact our support team: team@tenxarc.com.
We’ll initiate an investigation with the carrier.
Please Note:
We are not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Refunds are only issued if the carrier confirms the package as lost or misdelivered.
Section 3: Product Questions
To ensure the longevity of your items, we recommend:
- Machine wash in cold water on a gentle cycle.
- Air dry (hang or lay flat) for best results.
- Avoid using a dryer, as heat may cause premature wear or shrinkage.
Return Policy Reminder:
Items that have been washed or worn are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Fit may vary across our product lines. For specific sizing details, please refer to the fit related notes in the description section of each product.
As a general rule, go true to size. If you prefer a more relaxed fit, size up.
Any exception to this rule would be specified in the description related to that specific product.
If an item is sold out, our team monitors product popularity and considers bringing popular styles back in future collections.
While we don’t offer restock notifications, you can stay updated by following us on Instagram, where we showcase upcoming products and future drops.
